Alana McCloskey

Alana McCloskey has a diverse work experience in the field of development and engagement. Alana started their career as a Development Assistant at Mayo Clinic in 2003, where they provided comprehensive support to the department handling various responsibilities such as documentation management, event planning, and patient relations. In 2015, they joined HonorHealth as a Development Coordinator and progressed through roles, taking on additional responsibilities to support the foundation's rapid expansion. In 2017, they joined The University of Texas at Austin as the Director of Prospect Development and Frontline Support, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate Engagement at Texas State University. Throughout their career, they have shown expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, program management, prospect research, and system implementation.

Alana McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management from Grand Canyon University. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Nonprofit Fundraising: Using Relationships to Drive Growth" and "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System" from LinkedIn.
