Bill Mattera

Bill Mattera, PhD, serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Success and Chief of Staff at Texas State University, a role held since November 2021, which involves overseeing the Student Experience portfolio and acting as a strategic advisor to the Vice President. Previously, Bill was the Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Executive Director of Housing and Residential Life, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Housing Officer and managing various student services.
