Callie Lewis has extensive experience in project management and event coordination, currently serving as Assistant Director of Project Management at Texas State University since February 2019. In this role, Callie oversees the planning, implementation, tracking, and completion of all University Marketing projects, collaborating closely with campus partners. Prior to this position, Callie was the Catering Manager at The Salt Lick BBQ from May 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing off-site catered events and event staffing. In addition, Callie held significant roles in professional organizations, such as Membership Co-Chair for the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) and Chapter President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), demonstrating leadership and dedication to membership growth and community engagement.
