Courtney Sears

Courtney Sears has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career in 2013 as an Office Assistant at Cynergy Rehab Group, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2024, they held multiple positions at Arkansas State University, including Director of Campus Experience & Recruitment and Associate Director of International Programs. Courtney is currently the Director of International Recruitment & Marketing at Texas State University.

Courtney Sears received a Master of International Business degree from the Florida International University - College of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on International Business from Arkansas State University in 2018. In 2017, they also attended Universidad de Huelva as a Linguistic Assistant. Courtney has additional certifications in areas such as climate resilience, gender equality and human rights in climate action, artificial intelligence, data analysis, emotional intelligence, and Lean Six Sigma.
