Fallon Lilly has worked for several companies since 2015. Fallon began their career as a Corporate Development Intern for the Houston Texans in 2015. Fallon then worked as a Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinator for Learfield Sports in 2016. During the same year, they also worked as a Recruiter for Insight Global. In 2017, Lilly worked as an Office Manager and a Patient Service Representative for Aspen Dental. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Regional Sales Manager, Regional Hiring Consultant - Talent Acquisition, Enrollment Advisor, and Program Advisor for Texas Teachers.
