Nicolette Anico

Nicolette Anico currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Human Resources at Texas Tech Athletics, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nicolette gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Associate at FedEx Logistics from June 2021 to October 2022 and as a People and Development Coordinator at Ralph Lauren from May 2019 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Nicolette worked as a Human Resources Payroll Temp and Total Rewards Intern at Kenneth Cole Productions and completed an internship at Staffing-the-Universe. Nicolette is pursuing a Juris Master in Employment Law and HR Risk Management at Florida State University College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a degree from Rutgers University, obtained in 2019.
