Keith Halman

Keith Halman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Keith is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor and CIO at Texas Tech University System. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Business Technology Services at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they led teams in areas such as enterprise systems development and support, data warehouse reporting, cloud applications support, and IT help desk functions. Keith also played a key role in organizational governance and change management, and was recognized as one of Oracle's EPM Innovation Leaders. Before joining UT Arlington, Keith held managerial positions at Datamatic, Ltd., where they oversaw software and firmware development projects, and at Inforte, where they led ERP and eCommerce implementations for clients across various industries. Keith started their career as a senior consultant at Software Architects, Deloitte & Touche DRT Systems, LLP, and Systems Resources Consulting, Inc.

Keith Halman earned a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Strategy & Governance from Info-Tech Research Group and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2006.
