Amanda Reeves

Amanda Reeves, M.S., currently serves as the Assistant Managing Director for the Welcome Center and IT Support at Texas Tech University, a position held since November 2018, and also manages assignments and contracts for University Student Housing. Prior experience includes roles as Training and Development Manager and HR Manager/Trainer at Pearl Hospitality, Front Desk Manager at Homewood Suites, and F&B Supervisor at Embassy Suites Lubbock. Amanda has a strong background in customer support and marketing from previous positions at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where significant contributions included the development of the new Student Career Center for Nursing Students and managing social media for the School of Nursing. Additional experience spans freelance marketing for authors, admissions counseling, media relations, and work as an associate producer for a news channel. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Leadership and degrees in Business Communication and Telecommunications.
