Armando Godinez Jr.

Armando Godinez Jr. is an experienced professional in the field of graphic design and creative direction, currently serving as the Associate Director of Advancement Design at Texas Tech University since January 2015. In this role, Armando oversees the creative vision for Evermore Magazine, an immersive storytelling publication, while also teaching design courses at the School of Art. Previously, Armando held positions as Associate Director of Creative and Multimedia Graphic Designer within the university's Communications & Marketing department, where responsibilities included overseeing web design teams and fulfilling branding requests. Prior experience includes roles as Art Director at Aycock Mediaworks and Graphic Designer at The Price Group and Smooth Fusion Inc., covering various sectors such as advertising, education, and media. Armando holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Texas Tech University and an Associate's degree in Art Studies from Western Texas College.
