Dawn Zuerker

Dawn Zuerker is a Full-time Instructor at the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University, a position held since August 2012. Additionally, Zuerker has served as Associate Director and Advertising Manager for Student Media and The Daily Toreador since September 2001, focusing on sales training and collaborating with Advertising Account Executives to enhance their sales skills. Zuerker's experience also includes serving as a member of CNBAM from 2001 to 2016, taking on roles such as President and Convention Planner. Prior to these roles, Zuerker worked as an Outside Classified Sales Representative at the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal from June 1994 to August 2001, managing significant accounts in automotive, real estate, and service sectors. Zuerker holds a Master’s Degree in Media & Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, both from Texas Tech University.
