Eileen Gianiodis

Eileen Gianiodis has extensive work experience in various positions related to communications and marketing. Eileen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Academic Communications in the Office of Communications & Marketing at Texas Tech University since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Communications & Marketing at the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Michigan State University from April 2017 to November 2021. At the same university, they also served as the Director and Communications Manager from April 2008 to November 2017.

Before joining Michigan State University, Eileen Gianiodis worked as a writer at FAITH Catholic from January 2008 to January 2014. Eileen also served as the Director of Admissions/Public Relations & Marketing at Lansing Catholic High School from September 1999 to June 2008.

Earlier in their career, Eileen Gianiodis worked as an Account Executive at The Rossman Group, where they coordinated media relations and wrote news releases and media advisories. Eileen also provided copywriting services for clients' brochures and collaborated with designers for print collateral. Eileen started their career in media relations at St. Bonaventure University.

Eileen Gianiodis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame High School of Batavia, NY. Additionally, they received a certification as a Working Genius Certified Facilitator from The Six Types of Working Genius in 2022.
