Erin Alvarado

Erin Alvarado serves as Adjunct Dance Faculty at Texas Tech University since April 2012, instructing various dance courses and choreographing for the annual faculty concert. As a Dance Coach, Erin oversees the Pom Squad, manages social media, assists with academic advising, coordinates game-day operations, and handles budgetary matters while also designing uniforms and music for performances. Since 2014, Erin has been a Dance Adjudicator and serves as the Lyrical/Contemporary Category Director for the USASF Dance Worlds. Additionally, Erin has been an instructor and adjudicator for the National Dance Alliance since July 2011 and previously coached dance at West Virginia University from September 2008 to May 2011. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University, earned in 2007.
