Siva Vanapalli is a distinguished academic and industry leader, currently serving at Texas Tech University since October 2008 in various roles, including Bryan Pearce Bagley Regents Chair in Engineering, Professor, and President's Excellence in Research Professor. In addition to academic responsibilities, Siva Vanapalli is the Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of NemaLife, Inc. Previously, Siva Vanapalli was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Twente from 2006 to 2008. Siva Vanapalli holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan (2002-2006), a Master of Science in Food Science from Penn State University (1998-2001), and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural and Food Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1994-1998).
