Leann Santiago, SHRM-SCP has vast experience in various senior leadership roles in the credit union industry. Leann is currently the Senior Vice President Digital Experience at Texas Trust Credit Union, where Leann is responsible for overseeing all digital delivery operations. Prior to this, Leann held roles such as Senior Vice President of Talent and Senior Vice President of Retail at JSC Federal Credit Union. Leann also has experience as a Vice President Human Resources at Monument Area FCU. Leann holds a degree in Credit Union specific Management from Southwest CUNA Management School.
