Javier Flores

Javier Flores is currently the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Texas Woman's University. Javier has previous experience working as the Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at Angelo State University from December 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they assisted Institutions of Higher Education with developing and implementing strategic enrollment management plans, as well as with the accreditation process from start to finish. Javier also served as a motivational speaker for Convocations, Commencements, and Theirpanic Heritage Month Programs. Javier Flores has also worked as a consultant for Si Se Puede Higher Education Consulting, where they helped develop retention initiatives and programs for first generation college students.

After completing their undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University, Javier Flores pursued a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State University. Javier then went on to earn their Doctor of Education from Texas Tech University in the field of Higher Education/Higher Education Administration.
