Tony Yardley

Tony Yardley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in HR-related roles. Tony started their career as an HR & Business Administrator at Covalar Design, LP from October 2002 to June 2004. Tony then progressed to become the Manager of Human Resources at the City of Mesquite from August 2004 to September 2010. Following this, they joined Texas Woman's University, where they served as a Senior HR Generalist from June 2011 to September 2014. Tony then took on the role of Manager of HR Compliance & Equity/ADA Coordinator from October 2014 to November 2017, responsible for establishing, reviewing, and monitoring EEO/OFCCP/Affirmative Action programs. Currently, Tony is the Director of Employee Relations, HR Compliance & Equity at Texas Woman's University.

Tony Yardley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Tony also pursued Counseling Education at the University of North Texas. Tony Yardley has additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM obtained in June 2015, and Senior Professional Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
