Chandra Matthews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Texas Women's Foundation since February 2023, Chandra focuses on fostering inclusive opportunities for women and allies to engage in philanthropic leadership. Previously, Chandra held the position of Development Director at Helping Hands for Single Moms Dallas, supporting low-income single mothers in achieving educational and financial independence. With a strong background in leadership development from Lone Star College, Chandra has worked to enhance leadership skills among students while networking with various organizations. Chandra's earlier roles include senior management positions in logistics and procurement, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans operations, sales, and program development. Chandra holds a BBA in Management from Texas Christian University.
