Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Advisor at TexCap Insurance since 2014, Chris specializes in advising employers on managing healthcare costs and enhancing affordability through various benefit plans. Previously, Chris co-founded MyPlanBenefits from 2007 to 2014, where innovative internet-based enrollment tools were developed to streamline data management for payroll and benefit administration. Additionally, Chris held the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits at Group Resources from 1996 to 2007, where the Dallas office was established and successful benefit plan sales were achieved through brokers. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Financial Planning and Services from Baylor University, completed in 1989.
