Michael Dallas, MBA, CMAA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in finance and management. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Texcel, where they partner with the executive management team to develop and execute long-term strategic objectives. Previously, they worked at Sysco as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Integration, where they led the development and execution of the company's MA&I strategy. Michael also served as Controller/Sr. Manager and Project Manager/Sr. Financial Business Analyst at Sysco. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Investor Relations/Accounting at ICO, Inc. and as an Assistant Branch Manager at Bank One.
Michael Dallas holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance & Accounting from American InterContinental University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a BBA degree in Finance. In addition, they obtained a Business Strategy Certificate from Cornell University. Michael also holds the certification of Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) from the Alliance of M&A Advisors, which they achieved in June 2011.
