Nathan Somasundaram

Nathan Somasundaram currently serves as the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Texchem Food since July 2024 and holds dual roles as Divisional Risk Officer and General Manager at Texchem Group since July 2023. Previous experience includes Senior Operations Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Pop Meals from June 2020 to June 2023, Food Safety Manager at RAPID from January 2016 to May 2020, and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at KFC & PIZZA HUT MALAYSIA (QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd) from November 2009 to December 2015. Nathan Somasundaram is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Manufacturing & Technology at the University of Lincoln, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Abertay University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biotechnology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
