Joe Saenz is currently serving as the Vice President Strategy at Texicare since March 2023. With a background in finance and market development, Joe has held various roles at Humana from 1999 to 2022, including Chief of Staff, Director of Market Development, and Director of Finance. Prior to Humana, Joe worked as a Decision Support Analyst at Quantum Southwest Medical Management. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
