Vishhal Dhole

Vishhal Dhole is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Texperts since December 2019, Vishhal collaborates with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational vision and values. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at both iBall India and Welspun Corp Limited, where Vishhal developed formal HR frameworks and implemented HR processes across corporate offices. Additionally, experience as Senior Human Resources Manager at Reliance Communications involved managing national and circle-level HR operations. Vishhal's foundational education includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a B.Sc. from the Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune.
