Kim Søgaard Nielsen

Kim Singline is an accomplished psychologist and consultant with extensive experience in private practice and organizational leadership. Currently, Kim serves as the Founder and Director of Inner Growth Consulting and Inner Growth Psychology, as well as a psychologist at Axis Health Psychology, where support is provided for clients aged 14 and above facing various clinical challenges. Alongside roles at CLA and prior positions at MCA Group and The Three Seas Group, Kim has a strong focus on leadership coaching, well-being, and organizational development. Kim's educational background includes a Master's degree in Professional Psychology from Australian Catholic University and Honours in Psychology from Charles Sturt University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Psychology) from Monash University.
