Giancarlo Gennaro

Giancarlo Gennaro is a finance professional with extensive experience in capital market activities and treasury management. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Textainer since April 2017, Giancarlo leads the structuring and execution of capital market initiatives, maintains relationships with equity investors, and acts as the primary contact for banking partners. Previously, Giancarlo held key financial roles, including Director of Treasury at Ygrene Energy Fund and Director of Treasury and Capital Markets at Seaco Global. In earlier positions, Giancarlo managed technical accounting projects at CSX and led audit engagements at KPMG. Giancarlo holds a Master of Accounting and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
