Anna Bernstein

Anna Bernstein serves as the Standards Engagement Manager at Textile Exchange since August 2023, previously holding the position of Standards Engagement Specialist. In this role, Anna specializes in ESG engagement with brand and retailer stakeholders, managing escalated brand cases, and enhancing stakeholder relationships while developing expertise in third-party verified, chain of custody ESG standards. Prior experience includes serving as Responsibility Manager at aiayu from January 2020 to June 2023, where Anna was responsible for CSR initiatives, including strategy development, reporting activities, certification management, and internal communication tools. Anna's background also features roles as CSR Project Coordinator at aiayu, Content Development and Events Assistant at PR & Company, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at the International Organization for Migration, and Public Interest Fellow at LifeMoves. Anna holds multiple degrees in Global Development, International Development and Public Policy, Art History and Psychology, as well as International Relations and Indigenous History from various esteemed institutions.
