Gökçe Okulu

Gökçe Okulu currently serves as Cotton Manager at Textile Exchange since January 2023 and holds dual roles at hifco as both a Soil Food Web Certified Lab practitioner and Co-Founder, focusing on soil regeneration consultancy, training, and analysis through regenerative agriculture principles. Previously, Gökçe managed food and agriculture projects at WWF-Türkiye, where responsibilities included leading a regenerative cotton strategy and coordinating efforts for the transition to regenerative cotton farming. Earlier experience includes roles as a singer with Ensemble Galatia and as Senior Geo-Analyst and Admin Project Manager at HERE Maps. Gökçe holds advanced degrees in Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments from Middle East Technical University and Landscape Architecture from Ankara University, complemented by a graduate degree in Soil Microbiology from Dr. Elaine Ingham's Soil Food Web School.
