Mara Neufeld Rivera

Mara Neufeld Rivera, MS, SHRM-SCP(E), currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Textile Exchange, where responsibilities include leading a global team to align with the organization's mission and support its growth. In addition, Mara holds the position of Past Chair on the Board of Directors for Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility and serves as the SHRM Vermont State Council Director. With extensive experience, previous roles include Principal Consultant at Mara Rae Consulting, CPO at Chroma Technology Corp., CAO/VP of Human Resources at PC Construction Company, and various senior HR positions at Simon Pearce, RSG - Resource Systems Group, and Firmenich International Fine Fragrance Center. Mara holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, Theatre, and Mass Communications from Queens College.
