Sarah Needham

Sarah Needham has a diverse background in the fashion industry, with experience in sustainability, CSR, ethical compliance, and knitwear design. Sarah currently holds a Senior Director position at Textile Exchange, with previous roles including Head of Knowledge Exchange at the Centre for Sustainable Fashion, Sustainability Manager at Alexander McQueen, and various other positions in companies in the UK and Nepal. Sarah is academically qualified with a Master of Arts in Fashion and the Environment from London College of Fashion, a BA Hons in Fashion Knitwear Design and Knitted Textiles from Nottingham Trent University, and an Art Foundation degree from Oxford and Cherwell College.
