Joelle Emerson

Joelle Emerson is the CEO of Paradigm Strategy Inc. since October 2014, where responsibilities include collaborating with entrepreneurs and executives to enhance diversity and inclusion within organizations through targeted strategies and training. Joelle also serves as a Board Member at Tipping Point Community, an Advisory Board Member at Greenhouse Software, and as an Advisor for Textio. Formerly an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Joelle designed a course focusing on barriers to diversity and inclusion. Previous experience includes roles as a Skadden Fellow at Equal Rights Advocates, Law Clerk at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Legal Intern at the ACLU of Northern California. Joelle holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Southern California.
