Crystal Vitagliano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Crystal currently serves as a Technical Program Manager at TextNow since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Excella as a Lead Consultant from 2019 to 2022, where they served as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Release Train Engineer. Before that, they were a Senior Lead Technologist and Scrum Master at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2017 to 2019.
Crystal also has experience in the public sector, having worked at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Program Analyst from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they served as a Product Owner and Project Manager for various software development projects.
Earlier in their career, Crystal held positions at Brandeis University, UNDP, AmeriCorps VISTA, Mass Mentoring Partnership, Peace Corps, and Monster. These roles involved responsibilities such as project management, stakeholder engagement, training, and program coordination.

Crystal Vitagliano has a Master of Arts degree in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at Xavier University from 1999 to 2003. Crystal has also obtained several certifications, including Kanban System Design from NextUp Solutions in July 2021, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) and ICAgile Project Management (ICP-APM) from ICAgile in June 2017, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2017, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
