Michael Simon

Michael Simon has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Leader at Textron Aviation since January 2012, focusing on customer quality, service quality, and reliability engineering. Previous roles at Textron include leadership positions in supply chain quality and metal bond fabrication, alongside experience as a quality engineer and design engineer. Before joining Textron, Michael worked as a product engineer at The Woodbridge Group from October 2010 to December 2011. Michael Simon holds a Master of Business Administration from Newman University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
