Rusty Warkins

Rusty Warkins has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Experimental Tooling Specialist Lead at Textron Aviation since April 2013, while also holding the title of Experimental Tooling Specialist since March 2014. Prior to this role, Warkins worked in various capacities at Textron, including Composite Bond Assembly, and had a brief stint as a Contract L85 at Bombardier/Learjet. Additionally, Warkins has demonstrated leadership and community engagement as the Director of Community Relations and Player Development for Wellington Heat Baseball and as General Manager for Haysville Heat Baseball. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Hawker Beechcraft, where Warkins took on multiple roles from Composite Specialist to Team Leader for the Premier 1A and Premier 2 production teams. Educational qualifications include a degree in Aircraft Electronics from Butler Community College and studies in Auto Body from Wichita Area Vocational Technical School.
