Steven Harader serves as a Senior Product Support Specialist Lead at Textron Aviation, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between customers and the company to enhance aircraft readiness. In addition, Steven is a Member of the Board of Directors at Mayflower Clinic, contributing to the oversight and development of a free medical clinic focused on assisting underserved populations through strategic marketing and outreach. As a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Home Buddy LLC, Steven manages marketing and sales operations across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Idaho for an emergency medical response company, utilizing a variety of promotional strategies and digital content. Steven also held the position of Community Development Manager at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, leading marketing and community initiatives.
