Rocky Zhang

Rocky Zhang serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at Textron since July 2014, where responsibilities include co-chairing the General Aviation and Business Aviation Committee as well as the Manufacturing and Airworthiness Committee of the US-China Aviation Corporation Program, in addition to chairing the China Mainland Committee of the Asia Business Aviation Association. Zhang has been the Vice Chairman of the Asian Business Aviation Association since June 2019. Prior experience encompasses a role as Chief Engineer for Boeing China Service from November 2003 to July 2014 and various positions at Ameco Beijing from December 1995 to November 2003, including Mechanic, System Engineer, and Section Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Aviation Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
