Richard Furlin, CFA, CAIA

Richard Furlin, CFA, CAIA is currently the Managing Director at Texture Capital, a FINRA member and SEC-registered broker-dealer specializing in tokenization and secondary market liquidity through the use of blockchain technology. Prior to this, they worked at Chatsworth Group as a Managing Director, providing investment banking services such as advisory services and capital raising. Richard was also the Sr. VP, Director of Marketing at Best Independent Research and the Sr. Director Analytic Content at Standard & Poor's, where they managed and marketed content derived from the analytic group. Overall, Richard Furlin has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on investment banking and analytic products.

Richard Furlin, CFA, CAIA, obtained an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson College between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, graduating in 1989. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in September 2009 and also holds the CAIA Charterholder designation from the CAIA Association, which they obtained in April 2009.
