Nikki Smith Hernandez

Nikki Smith Hernandez has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a Cast Member role at Radio Disney in 2003. In 2008, they became a Sales Associate at DSW, and in 2011, they took on an Intern/ Freelance Editor role at Warren Miller Entertainment. From 2012 to 2014, they held two roles at Travelers Haven, as a Transaction Coordinator and a Housing Logistics Coordinator. During this time, they also worked as a Centralized Processor and CB2Go Transaction Manager at Coldwell Banker. In 2017, they became an SDO Analyst at PepsiCo, and in 2018, they joined TextUs as a Lead Customer Experience Representative, later becoming a Customer Experience Manager and then Director of Customer Experience.

Nikki Smith Hernandez attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.
