Olivia Padelski has worked in a variety of customer service roles. Olivia began their career in 2016 at The Walt Disney Company as a Monorail operator. In 2017, they joined Marriott International as a Guest Services Associate. In 2018, they moved to JetBlue Airways as a Reservations Specialist. In 2021, they joined American Airlines as a Customer Service Representative and also began working at Virtual Dining Concepts as a Customer Service Specialist and Guest Service Team Lead. Olivia is currently employed at TextUs as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Olivia Padelski is currently enrolled at Albany Technical College and is pursuing an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Olivia is expected to graduate in 2022. Olivia has also attended Albany State University, but the duration of their studies there is unknown. In addition to their degree, Olivia has obtained two certifications: SEO from HubSpot Academy in December 2022, and Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from GEICO in March 2021.
