David Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career in 1995 as a Research and Development Engineer at Xerox, where they worked until 2001. During this time, David coordinated software feature requirements gathering, design, coding, and development support. David also played a crucial role in redesigning the software specification template, resulting in cost savings in development and testing.
From 2001 to 2011, David held various roles at Xerox, including Software Integration Manager and Product Planning Manager. As a Software Integration Manager, they managed post-launch software support for a large number of products in the field, while also supporting new product launch activities. In their Product Planning Manager role, David planned new worldwide office products and presented time-to-market phase gate reviews. More recently, David joined IP.com in 2020 as a Customer Success Engineer. David supported sales by conducting solution demonstrations and customer onboarding training. David developed visual analytics for the Portfolio Intelligence Report and led Technology Landscape engagements with customers. David Campbell has a strong education background, with multiple degrees in different fields of study. David obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from State University College at from 1991 to 1995. David then pursued a Master's degree in Software Development and Management at Rochester Institute of Technology, completing it from 1999 to 2002. Later, they furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Product Development at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010.
