Pat Preston

Pat Preston is a self-employed writer specializing in creative non-fiction and freelance writing. Pat also works in public relations and is an active volunteer. Prior to their current work, Pat served as Vice President of Public Affairs at CIL, ICI, and Zeneca from 1988 to 1996. Pat also has experience as a communications adviser for a Federal Cabinet Minister from 1981 to 1984 and as a journalism instructor at SAIT and Mount Royal University from 1975 to 1980. Pat holds degrees in Journalism and Education from Ryerson University and Simon Fraser University, along with a teaching certificate.
