Andy Joel

Andy Joel is an experienced IT and engineering professional with a robust background in infrastructure management and cloud services. Currently serving as IT & Engineering Manager at Teya since November 2025, Andy previously held positions including Head of Infrastructure and Cloud at The Openwork Partnership and VP of Operations at Ori Industries, where responsibilities encompassed orchestrating applications across distributed cloud platforms. Prior to that, significant roles were held at Sophos as Director of Cloud Infrastructure Services, focusing on managing infrastructure for threat detection and product support for over 100 million consumers.
