Marcel Koopmans

Marcel Koopmans is an experienced security professional with a robust background in museum security and management. Currently serving as Hoofd Beveiliging at Teylers Museum since November 2017, Marcel previously worked as Manager of the security department at Museum Boerhaave from November 2009 to November 2017. Marcel’s career began at Endemol as a Security Officer from 1999 to 2003, followed by a role as teamleider at Trigion from August 2003 to October 2009. This extensive experience in various security roles has equipped Marcel with a deep understanding of safety and security protocols in diverse environments.
