Trent Rickard

Trent Rickard serves as the Treasurer for the Association of Self Insured Employers of Queensland Inc. (ASIEQ) since October 2020, representing licensed self-insured employers within Queensland's workers’ compensation framework. Concurrently, since August 2011, Trent has held the position of Executive Vice President and Group Manager Self-Insurance and Workers Injuries at Teys Australia, where responsibilities include managing workers’ self-insurance licenses for Queensland and South Australia, as well as overseeing the Workers Compensation Claims Manager role for South Australia claims. Trent's prior experience includes serving as Workers' Compensation & Injury Manager and NSW SI Project Officer at Teys Australia, and an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Hunter New England Local Health District, with a focus on orthopedic and acute care nursing. Trent completed a High School Diploma at Peel Technology High School between 2000 and 2005.
