Brandon Johnson

Brandon Johnson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Brandon is currently employed at Teza Technologies as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Belvedere Trading, LLC as the General Counsel and Corporate and Compliance Counsel. Brandon also gained experience at Titan Regulation as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Additionally, they worked at CTC Trading Group, LLC as a Contract Junior Attorney and a Compliance Officer. Brandon started their career as a Law Clerk at Schwartz & Kanyock LLC and interned at Boucher & Enright P.C., where they researched criminal and civil cases, drafted legal documents, and reviewed police evidence techniques.

From 2013 to 2016, Brandon attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Their field of study was focused on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Brandon studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in History.

In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained the Series 57 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in December 2018. Additionally, in May 2016, they received a Business Law Certificate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
