Yuansheng

Yuansheng Ma is a distinguished product engineer at Mentor Graphics since May 2013, with a concurrent role as an engineer at Tezzaron Semiconductor, focusing on 3D IC design and process since October 2012. Prior to these positions, Yuansheng Ma worked as an engineer at AMD/GLOBALFOUNDRIES from May 2006 to October 2012. Yuansheng Ma holds a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2000 and 2006.
