Gary Owen

Gary Owen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and law enforcement. Currently serving as Vice President of Government Relations at Aperia, Gary has held significant roles within the Drug Enforcement Administration, including Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Professional Responsibility and the Office of Inspections, as well as Chief of Congressional & Public Affairs. Gary's legislative expertise was further honed as a Legislative Aide in the US House of Representatives. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science from American University and studies at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
