Heather Phillips

Heather Phillips is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist and Professional Recruiter with extensive experience in the HR field. Currently employed at TFE, Inc. since 2016, which serves the government and commercial nuclear industries, Heather has previously contributed to SAIC/Rotator Staffing Services and EnergySolutions in various HR roles. At SAIC, contract work included assisting with the onboarding of around 700 employees and utilizing multiple HRIS systems. At EnergySolutions, Heather managed the complete recruiting and hiring process, supported HR and IT teams with the Oracle iRecruitment HRIS system, and implemented initiatives for enhancing diversity outreach. Heather holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Clemson University.
