AJ Lemke has an extensive background in credit and risk management, with experience in leading compliance, controls, underwriting, and credit analysis roles at CNH Industrial Capital. AJ (Allan) also has experience in Lean Six Sigma projects and various other roles within the financial services industry. AJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
