Paul Clayford

Paul Clayford serves as the Head of Human Resources at TFG (The Foschini Group) since April 2003, overseeing HR for five companies within the group. Prior to this role, Paul Clayford was the HR Manager at Edcon from November 1998 to April 2003, managing the full HR function across multiple stores and the Financial Services Division. Educational qualifications include an ND in HR Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, an Executive Leadership Coaching credential, a leading legacy executive leadership program from Duke University, and an N6 certificate in Human Resources from Cape College, along with a senior certificate from South Peninsula High.
