Doris Oloton

Doris Oloton has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership positions. Doris worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at TFI International Inc. and Dynamex Inc. During their time at these companies, they successfully built departmental credibility and partnered with senior management to provide effective communication channels. Additionally, they handled various responsibilities such as employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation, and benefit administration. Prior to these roles, Doris served as the Director of Human Resources at Hitachi High Technologies America, where they played a crucial role in establishing collaborative working relationships and supporting the company's goals.
