Jeannine Tchakmakian

Jeannine Tchakmakian is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and trademark portfolio management. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at TFI International Inc. since October 2018, Jeannine previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at the same company from November 2015 to October 2018. Prior to TFI International Inc., Jeannine worked as a lawyer at Zaurrini Avocats, focusing on construction law, real estate law, and civil litigation.
